Chairman
The Chairman is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the club. They oversee the smooth running of operations, ensure that standards are maintained, and support the committee in making decisions in the best interests of the club. The Chairman also represents the club externally and helps ensure that all activities are conducted safely, responsibly and in line with relevant regulations.
Secretary & Police Liaison Officer
The Secretary and Police Liaison Officer manages club administration, records and formal communication. This role supports committee operations, helps ensure documentation and processes are kept up to date, and acts as the main point of contact with Greater Manchester Police on relevant licensing and compliance matters.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for the club's financial management, including budgeting, reporting and day-to-day oversight of income and expenditure. This role helps ensure that funds are managed responsibly and transparently so the club can maintain facilities, support activities and plan for long-term stability.
Membership Secretary
The Membership Secretary oversees membership enquiries, applications and onboarding. This role helps new members understand club requirements and procedures, supports communication during probationary stages, and ensures membership records are maintained accurately in line with club standards.
Co-opted Committee Member

Co-opted Committee Members play an important supporting role in the day-to-day running of the club. They contribute their time, experience and individual skills to help maintain standards and keep the club operating smoothly.
Their responsibilities can vary depending on their area of focus, and may include roles such as range maintenance, supporting training, organising competitions, managing club supplies, or assisting with general upkeep. This flexibility allows the club to benefit from a wide range of practical skills and ensures that essential tasks are carried out effectively.
